Women’s Day Retreat – May 19th

Mark your calendars for a Women’s Day Retreat on Saturday, May 19^th, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM in Holy Family Hall. This retreat is sponsored by the St. Aloysius Christian Mothers and will include Mass at 9:00 AM. The theme is “Strengthening Your Interior Castle” based on St. Teresa of Avila’s journey of faith through seven stages. Sr. Gertrude Gillette, PhD, STL will lead the retreat. At the invitation of Bishop Jugis, Sr. Gertrude is establishing a community of Sisters in our diocese following the Order of St. Benedict. Spring Bloodmobile – May 22nd

Our Spring Blood Drive will be on Tuesday, May 22^nd in Holy Family Hall from 2:00 to 6:30 PM. All presenting blood and platelet donors will be automatically entered to win 1 of 3 – $1000 Gift Cards. Our goal is only 60 units, but we are aiming higher! Schedule an appointment by Friday, May 18^th, so that the Red Cross will have time to staff to meet our demand, which means QUICKER PROCESSING TIME FOR YOU!!

Captain’s Choice Golf Tournament – June 16th

Hey all you golfers!! Save the date of Saturday, June 16th, for a Captain’s Choice golf tournament sponsored by the St. Aloysius Knights of Columbus for all parishioners and friends of St. Aloysius. The tournament will be held on the Jackson Course at Rock Barn.

Sign ups are accepted now through June 9th. To sign up, simply print out the Sign Up Sheet, print it out, and submit the completed form with your check to Bob Hall.

Perpetual Adoration At St. Als

PERPETUAL ADORATION CONTINUES AT ST. ALOYSIUS!

It is with great joy that we offer Perpetual Adoration in our new adoration chapel dedicated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. God has blessed us abundantly with many people who have come forward to renovate the house in order to make it into a chapel; the many volunteers who have helped organize the adorers; and the tremendous number of people who have come forward to fill one hour of adoration with Jesus. I am deeply moved and very grateful to each and every one of you. Thank you all for your love and generosity. May God reward you a hundred fold.” - Fr. Bob

Come visit our Adoration Chapel, located across the street next to the Rectory. We have had many volunteers involved in the renovation of the building for this purpose – special thanks to our Knights of Columbus for their hard work. We praise and thank God for this commitment and gift to establish Perpetual Adoration at St. Aloysius!
