Adult Faith Formation

St. Aloysius is blessed to be able to offer many different Bible Studies to nourish your faith.

Sunday Adult Faith Formation
These sessions are designed to meet the needs and interests of busy Catholics by helping them understand how to live their faith each day throughout the work week.  Group meets from 9:15 AM to 10:30 AM in the parlor.  These sessions are facilitated by adult catechists of our parish.  All adults are welcome to attend.

Catholic Scripture Study (CSS)
These sessions are held each week on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM in the parlor (morning session) and 6:30 PM in the lower level video room (evening session).  CSS is an easy-to-understand study which looks at the Bible line by line.

Contemporary Catholic Study
Each school year, Father Bob teaches a class for adults on Wednesday mornings at 9:30 AM downstairs in the video room. This year, for the 2010 – 2011 school year, he is teaching “Theology for Beginners”.  All parishioners are invited to attend his thought-provoking classes.

Library
The St. Aloysius library contains books, videos, DVD’s and CD’s for adults, teens, and children.  The library is open to  parishioners during weekly office hours and on weekends before and after Masses.  The library is located on the main level in the parlor.

The video library is located in the Faith Formation office.  St. Aloysius is fortunate to have hundreds of programs that can be checked out for a week.  This library is open during office hours and on Sunday mornings during Faith Formation.
